Policies and Membership Terms of Agreement

MindField Online is pleased that you have chosen to join our online panel for survey research. It is our intent to offer you an honest way of earning additional income by participating in our online surveys. Below are some brief terms, which you must read and agree to prior to completing our registration process. Your registration confirms your willingness to abide by these terms, the terms to follow, and all eligibility determinations as prescribed by MindField Online, it's clients, or other parties pertinent to our research.

MindField Online is an equal opportunity provider. How to Register:

Registration is a must and is the initial phase of becoming a MindField Online panel member. Only one registration per person will be accepted and all required information must be provided as a means of validating your membership. After completing the initial required information questionnaire, you will receive an email with our panel participant survey which will allow us to best choose the surveys most suited for you and/or your household members.


Individuals are invited to register to become a member of the MindField Online member community. Eligibility to participate in online surveys varies per project and is determined by MindField Online's clientele. Surveys are targeted towards panel members with similar qualifying criteria as provided during registration. Cash incentives are offered to panel members for completing each survey. McMillion Research, LLC and MindField Online reserves the right to change, add or dissimulate these conditions at their discretion and at any time. The content and stimuli (pictures, videos, question verbiage, etc.) used in our surveys is the property of McMillion Research, L.L.C, our companies, and our clients.


By law, all registrants must be no less than 15 years old. You must also be a legal resident of the country you designate during the registration process. Upon registering you must create a unique user name , password and a viable, working email address. Registering gives MindField Online permission to send you related emails which pertain to but may not be limited to messages regarding your participation in surveys.

By providing additional information pertaining to the other members of your household, MindField Online may contact you regarding the participation of the other members of your household in other surveys. This will always be explained in the text of the email to make certain the proper household member responds. Their participation will be garnered using your unique user name and password.

Unless it is under the previous terms regarding the other members of your household, no panel member may provide any other person to use their unique user name and password to complete surveys that were not intended for them. If it is determined that individuals other than the panel member or other invited household members are completing surveys using the member's unique user name and password, payments for these surveys will not be made. Such abuse of the terms of agreement may constitute in the removal of your membership and disqualification of any future participation. You are provided an opportunity to provide a commercial service to MindField Online and you agree not to use, disclose, duplicate, sell, or distribute the information contained in our surveys for any purpose.


MindField Online and McMillion Research, LLC assume no responsibility for any connection losses and/or difficulties; transmission failures either via telephone or computer; technical failures; or any other human, software, hardware, or electronic errors of any type. Anyone abusing or altering any aspect of the websites associated with MindField Online will be eliminated and disqualified from participating in surveys and their membership will be dissolved as well as proper legal action taken as necessary.

MindField Online and/or their clients reserve the right to disqualify a panel member's participation in any survey if it is believed that the information provided was not accurate or was fabricated in any way. Cash incentives are provided for full participation in most MindField Online surveys. Cash payments are only made if the panel member is in good standing and there were not validation or data quality problems. As part of the membership process you permit MindField Online and/or it's affiliates to contact you to validate your participation and the accuracy of your responses.


All information provided during registration is considered entirely private and confidential and will never be reported on an individual basis, which directly identifies the panel member. Information Collection and Use


To use this website, first complete the registration form and create a user name and password. During registration, you are required to give contact information (such as name, address, date of birth, ethnicity, and email address). We use this information to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest such as participating in our surveys.

You have the option to provide demographic information (such as income level, gender and zip code). We encourage you to submit this information since omission of this information may hinder your being eligible to participate in certain surveys.

McMillion Research is the sole owner of the information collected on MindField Online. McMillion Research collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our website.


We provide you the opportunity to participate in multiple surveys on our site. We may use a third-party service provider to conduct these surveys; however, we will not share the personally identifiable information you provide through a survey with other third parties unless we give you prior notice and choice. For example, if you agree to participate in a product test, we may need to share your personal information such as your name and mailing address with our client in order for the client to send you the product that you will be testing. In these cases you will be notified prior to our sharing the information and you can choose whether to in the product test. We would not allow our clients to use your information for any other purpose other than to send you the product to be tested. For reward purposes, a randomly generated unique identifier will be used for completion tracking.


Information obtained via Facebook integration is the sole property of McMillion Research as long as the member chooses to associate the information. The member has complete control within the Facebook application of what information is shared and integration with MindField Online. This information is not required for MindField Online membership. All privacy statements, policies, and business related actions with information obtained via Facebook fall under the same distinctions as the remainder of this privacy policy, in full and in part. You can log in to our site using sign-in services such as Facebook Connect or an Open ID provider. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us such as your name and email address to pre-populate our sign up form. Services like Facebook Connect give you the option to post information about your activities on this Web site to your profile page to share with others within your network.

Data Quality Statement

McMillion Research and MindField Online are members of CASRO and other industry affiliations and therefore have very high standards and expectations with regards to the data we provide our clientele. Unfortunately, not all companies or respondents hold to these high standards so we must put guidelines in place to keep our members honest. Data is reviewed by a quality assurance team and several items are considered before turning data over to our clients who also have a quality process to follow. Everything from the time spent on the survey compared to the average time spent, integrity of the data (straight-lining or pattern responses), conflicting answers, trap questions, and much more are reviewed. Any survey which fails the quality standards are removed from the aggregate data and not rewarded the advertised amount. The panelist will be notified which will be considered a first warning but no further action will be taken at that time. If a second instance is recorded, the panelist will also not be rewarded and will be warned for the second time and participation will be limited for a specific period of time. Upon a third violation, the reward will once again be withheld but more importantly the panelist's membership will be terminated. Please be encouraged to provide thoughtful and accurate data at all times.

The Sweepstakes is open to any legal U. How to Enter

MindField Online members obtain entry just for referring friends/family to become a panelist. When a referral joins by completing the member registration form and activating their account, the referring member obtains one entry to the sweepstakes. Any disputes as to the identity of the entrant, will be resolved in favor of the holder of the email account from which the entry was sent.

For those not interested in joining the MindField Online internet panels, a sweepstakes entry may be obtained by sending a postcard with the entrant's full name, postal address, phone number, and email address to the postal address below.

One additional sweepstakes entry is obtained each time a panel member responds to a MindField Online survey opportunity and does not qualify for that particular survey opportunity.

For those who are not members of the panel, additional entries may be obtained by sending a postcard with the entrant's full name, postal address, phone number, and email address to the postal address below.

The mail in entries must be clearly postmarked, with no more than one entry postmarked on any calendar day and can be received not later than 5:00 p.m eastern time on the final day of the drawing cycle which occurs every month.

Sweepstakes Dates

Selection of Winners
